▼Operating process:

Before using, carefully check all the cables,electrical components, sensors,switches.

1, Power: Turn on the power,control box power light on,the train loading conveyor is standing by.

2, Move forward and backward(Enter into the compartment):Move forward by the "move forward " button on the front of conveyor ,the conveyor moved to  desired position (control the speed by click button,stop moving by release button),the loading conveyor will stop by limit switch after reach the maximum stroke.Contrarily,click the "move backward" button return to its original position.

3, Rotation:After the whole conveyor moved to the desired position,rotate the conveyor front part to the loading position manually, rotation angle is 0 ~ 180 °.

4, Start conveyor belt running: Press the "Start" button to start conveyor belt running,the entire loading conveyor start working. Contrarily,press the "Stop" button to stop running.

5, Extending/Retracting: Press the "Extend" button to reach the needed loading area in compartment.Contrarily,press the "Retract" button for retracting loading conveyor,

6, Raise up and lower down:Press the "UP" button raise up the front conveyor for stacking the goods easily at a certain height.Contrarily,press the "DOWN" button,lower down the front conveyor.

7, Traversing (platform length direction): When you need to load another train compartment after one is full, retract the conveyor and move it back to the initial position,press the " Move left" or "Move right" button to move it align with another compartment door,continue loading(this function optional).

8, Emergency: In emergency condition, press the "Emergency" button, the whole loading conveyor will stop working immediately, all the control buttons on the panel are not responding. After solving the emergency, lift up the emergency stop button,all the buttons work again.
